Wide open arms of volunteering
11th September will be associated with the wonderful celebration of volunteers. At 12.00 in front of the County Office began the ceremony of the opening the Voluntary Centre on which came numerous volunteers from School Clubs Volunteers from the area of our community and invited guests from friendly institutions. And all this blessed rain from the abundance sky on the new path of voluntary.
What happened? A hundred of hearts laughed with joy. A hundred hearth of young, wonderful, full of energy. This is the new centre, full of young people, wise coordinators and also experienced adult colleagues. There are young, older and the oldest. The ceremony began the dancing crock which was hosted by Mrs Agatka and thus warmed and emboldened gathered company. Bravely assisted her lady Ania with a smile like the sun. And then a couple of nice and kind words said Mr. Mayor who also expressed his support for voluntary activities in our area and therefore he was taken to heaven because who supports volunteers have wings. He also learned that he had obtained the prestigious title of Commune Volunteering Godfather. For uplift which served us as the podium stood president of the Association of the Voluntary Centre in Warsaw, Dariusz Pietrowski, who had been invited to testify our joining into the ranks of National Network of Volunteer Centres. Respected Guest is also the lad and led to take him to the sky. About the birth of volunteering and the Voluntary Centre told everything the coordinator Ewelina Strycharska. Everywhere we were surrounded by hearts, smiles, kind words and kind people. Among them was a wonderful young man Jakub Pasuszka, the player of Czarni Radom who gave testimony of how he had won with leukemia. Mrs. Małgorzata Wozniak who was the donor bone marrow accompanied him and talked about her deep joy that had born in her heart from the fact that thanks to her gift for 48-year-old-man can be still alive and enjoy every moment of life. We were also glad with the presence of Radom Miss earth 2012, Kinga Białas who tried to infect all the different forms of help and it was spiritual adoption thanks to which you can have brother or sister in Cameroon, every day give or save his life by the small financial donation. She introduced us her brother and showed a picture, shared the text of letter. His speech also had an adult volunteer from the Voluntary Club, Mr. Grzegorz Pączek. Mr. Grzegorz told us how important event in his life become a fact of helping other people and how much he is proud of it. His few moments also had a representative of the national program of Noble Box which helps people in a very difficult situation to gain a hope and energy to effort to improve and change this situation. Representative of School Clubs were awarded with Certificates of accession to the Centre, donors and supporting talents were thanked by discretion diplomas. The event was celebrated with singing and dancing girls from Public Junior High School in Parznice, artistic souls from Senior Club and Mikołaj Skopek, Piotr Poterała and Piotr Motyka, students from Music School in Radom who were playing accordions. Piotr Motyka is a student of class accordion Mr. Artur Miedziański. On the stage his debut had a five-year-old kid who won the first place in the soloists concert „Oj Szanty”. He won, among many other awards I place In World Music Festival Innsbruck-Austria with „Humi Accordion-Band” in 2013 and first place at the International Accordion Festival – Przemyśl 2012 and 2013.
There was also something for the body. Special popularity had fresh quiches, waffles and delicious homemade cake!
This special time we were able to survive thanks to financial support or other assistance (technical and material).
