"Active time spending and caring about health"

The community centre Szansa in Kowala keeps records for summer classes which will take place from 29^th July to 2^nd August. With reference to the two-week holiday activities concerning health topics there will be continuation of healthy eating habits and lifestyle special for the next group of kids.

Again children will move to the land of vegetables, fruit, active leisure, learning sports, colours and everything what is related to health. Week will start actively and it will remain so because ‘A sound mind in a sound body’ about what participants will find out at the Olympic sports.

Activities at the pool and madness in ‘Hula Park’ will improve bodies and then all will work out their brains because of the tasks waiting at the Illusion Farm. Imagination will be stimulated through making works of arts and listening to stories in an unusual scenery. The last day will be full of surprises and rewards and also fun around at the campfire. In such a good moods, the children will say goodbye to the adventure in Szansa to continue their alone trail of adventure holiday.

9.00 – 9.40 – ‘let’s introduce ourselves’ – integrating games

9.40 – 10.40 – acquaintance with theme ‘Holidays with Szansa’, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, schedule and rules. Health – it means how? – preparing principles of healthy lifestyle.

10.40 – 11.20 – meeting with the policeman

11.20 – 12.00 – fruit vitamin bomb – preparing a salad

12.00 – 12.30 – making waxworks

12.30 – 13.00 acceptance to group of ‘Guards of Fun’, performing tasks exhibiting the strength, endurance, cunning, ingenuity and willingness to have fun.

13.00 – 14.00 – Olympic Games

Tuesday – 30.07.2013

8.30 – 14.30 – a trip to the swimming pool (meal: pancakes + juice)

Wednesday – 31.07.2013

7.00 – 16.00 – a trip to Mościsk to the Illusion Farm

During the trip there is planned a dinner.

Illusion Farm – on farm grounds there are dozens of exhibits, installations ad sculptures which are in total denial to human senses.

The most popular place is The Flying Cottage of Secrets in which you can experienced physically what means the difference between that what we see and that what we feel…

Farm is also an area for fun and relaxation. Maze, playgrounds, sports fields, beach, bonfire, green grass.

8.30 – 12.40 – a trip to play centre ‘Hula Park’ in Radom

12.40 -13.20 – making colourful sandwiches

13.20 – 14.00 – reading on the grass – meeting with Library

Friday – 02.08.2013

9.00 – 10.00 – art. contest ‘Holiday at the water’

10.00 – 10.30 – painting plaster casts

11.30 – 13.30 – bonfire with sausages, outdoor fun with a shawl

13.30 – 14.00 – ending, graduation
