Noble Crew this time in Kowala
Noble Crew is a pre-Christmas aid for those families who are in greatest need. It's a specific help for a specific person. We are facing a wonderful challenge - our Team is to be joined by 7,200 voluntary workers from the whole Poland. There are already 3,843 people who want to put the Crew's ideas into life.

We are recruiting voluntary workers and building a team, a super team, Super Voluntary Workers! Please be invited to my SuperV Team in the Kowala region. We are putting together a team of voluntary workers. Together we want to help people from our region to combat poverty!
Currently, there are eight wonderful SuperVs, but we need many more of them. On Friday 29 September in Kowala we organised the first training for voluntary workers in the Noble Crew. During the meeting we learnt what is a project, we gained knowledge about stages of the voluntary worker's job, we talked about wise support, how our meetings with families should look like and how to use the website.
Each year, in every region in Poland, voluntary workers find people who live in poverty, they meet them, assess the situation, and then give them the best help which meets their specific needs and which is prepared by donors. Thanks to our actions people receive not only material assistance but also an impulse to act and the message that somebody cares about them.
